Can Washing Machine

Can washing machine is an auxiliary machine in a canning production line, it is suitable for aluminum can, PET can, etc.

Can washing machine consists of main body, slide rail and rinsing unit. Empty cans are conveyed into the upper infeed, slide rail turns cans upside-down, cans are rinsed with sterilized water, then dripped and tippled back to be discharged to the filler from the lower outfeed.

• For higher output lines a continual rinser is more suitable that is connected to the can turner at the entry to and exit from the rinser
• Rinsing is controlled from the filler and is interrupted if the filler is not operating
• The rinser can be used for cans of various heights with the same diameter
