Horizontal Wrap Around (Ampules and Vials) Labelling Machine

This labeling machine was developed for labeling non-stable cylindrical products. The lying products reach the labeling station via a clocked roller conveyor belt, which fixes the label on the circumference. An angled roller conveyor ensures accurate labeling by securing the product on its side as it moves through the label head. The system impresses with the highest level of positioning accuracy. This machine can run independently or be integrated into an automated packaging line.

Horizontal wrap-around automatic labeling machine has few moving parts, and adjustments are easily made. Changeovers are easy by simply swapping out the container. This model can be modularly expanded from manual picking and removal to fully automatic loading and subsequent collection of the products. This machine comes with a roller chain conveyor and can be purchased with an optional product loader.

This machine has been specifically designed to accommodate horizontal labeling of slim, non-freestanding cylindrical containers such as pens, test tubes, syringes and lipsticks.
