1. Layer Depalletizer

The product depalletizer completes our range of machines with this series, it has been designed for medium and large productions. It allows the automatic depalletization of new containers such as jars, cans, glass, plastic, cylindrical or can-shaped bottles and many other products. The product can be palletized on strips or cardboard dividers. The modular composition of our depalletizers, allows to adapt them to any place and to have a wide range of options according to the typology of the product. These machines are available in high and low level models and can be custom built to accommodate the customer’s pallet size. The speed of the machines will vary depending on the product.

     1.1. High Level Depalletizer

The high level depalletizer is designed to receive bulk loads of empty glass, pet or aluminum containers on wooden or plastic pallets, and transfer each layer (one at a time) onto an accumulating take-away conveyor for transportation to the production area.

Automatic “push” depalletiser for pallets with layers of glass bottles, cans or other types of containers. The machine is composed of a two column portal structure through which the layer transfer trolley moves, fitted with mobile centring device, intermediate table and transfer trolley. The depalletiser can work at high speed reaching an output up to 180 cycles per hour.  As the software is personalised to the product and the needs of each customer with an operator friendly control panel, use is kept as simple as possible. The machine can quickly be adjusted to work with new products, be it a change in size or type, with minimal down time.

     1.2. Low Level Depalletizer

The speed of the low level palletizer is contingent on the size of the product and how many products there are per layer.  On average, three to four layer sweeps per minute with dunnage placement is typical for the machine cycle time.

Konek Technology’s automatic depalletisers incorporate a device to remove the flat cardboard separator sheet or inverted tray. The empty pallet accumulation magazine can simultaneously act as a pallet feeder for a separate palletiser.

The automatic work cycle of the depalletiser is completed by the automatic layerpad removal unit. It can be positioned both on the left and on the right side and, in certain cases, also in front of the machine, assuring in this way a high level of flexibility.

2. Robotic Depalletizer

We offer the integration of robots with 4, 5 and 6 axes on production lines that require special depalletizing applications. Robotic systems designs and builds the gripper according to the product ( size, weight and fragility ) to obtain an optimal response operation.
