1. Layer Palletizer

     1.1. High Infeed Palletizer

The machines work with the pallet vertical indexing principle having fast layer depositing times by means of the symmetrical opening of two moveable loading plates. Full carton boxes or semi-tray enters the machine via belt conveyor and roller conveyor, where these boxes are arranged into defined configuration. Once a layer of carton boxes are created, it is pushed into the lifting zone for stacking. At the same time, an empty pallet is loaded in to the machine and place under the loading zone. A layout of boxes is then lowered and placed on the empty pallet. This process is repeated until the required stacking layer is achieved. Fully loaded pallet is then transferred to the wrapped around machine via roller conveyors. The product entry is usually positioned at a height between 1900 and 3500mm. This machine range is also completed with a machine with layer pre-collection area and single-double-triple product entry with different product types.      1.2. Low Infeed Palletizer

Extremely economic and versatile model suitable for slow and medium production rates. Packed carton boxes enter the machine via roller conveyors and rearranged automatically into pre-programmed configurations. The entry of these palletisers is at a comfortable operating height, i.e. with entry height at approx. 900 mm. Once the required configuration of carton boxes are formed, they will be pushed laterally in to the stacking zone for layer stacking. The entire layer of carton boxes will be lifted firmly via lifting module and placed layer by layer onto the pallet underneath. This process is repeated several times until sufficient carton layers are achieved. Fully stacked pallet is conveyed automatically via roller conveyors. Reinforced bi-column design makes the machine the ideal solution to process heavy loads with high degree of stability even in the fast production mode. Adjustable product stacking height and configuration arrangement allow the machine to process your products in the best possible way. Very strong main frame with 2 columns, supporting one vertical chain driven trolley. Pack in feed and collation conveyor to present incoming product in the correct position for transfer onto the pallet. Mechanical pusher unit to sweep rows onto loading station. 2. Robotic Palletizer

Robotic systems will help designing the best combination of Robot and tools which would give the best solution for each application. Robotic systems designs and builds the gripper according to the product ( size, weight and fragility ) to obtain an optimal response operation. The gripping heads are designed for each specific product type to be handled; they are built with suitable materials to ensure they match the need to handle the weights and loading stresses expected. The heads tightly grip the products but are specifically designed to fit into limited/restricted space available. Robotic systems can offer a productive team that ensures high precision and repeatability of movement for each of its manufacturing lines. The installation can be completed with the automatic movement of pallets, which consists of a pallet warehouse, a conveyor for moving empty pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing area and a conveyor system for full pallets.

The robot palletisers offer a considerably higher flexibility level with respect to the traditional palletisers as they can be adapted to format changes, product changes and sometimes also make adjustments to the line.

From the individual lines the product moves in by belt conveyors for being collated into layers. Depending on the performance requirements and the pallet load pattern, the trays/cases are grouped in either rows, layers. On completion of a row or layer, the robot moves into position for product pickup by its gripper head. Handling semi or complete layers, a servo driven roller layer is used for placing the product. On its move from the collation conveyor towards the pallet, the product is securely hold and centered from both sides. For final placement of the product the roller layer retracts from below. Depending on the performance requirements, the slip sheets can be applied from a dedicated slip sheet feeder or by the palletizing robot itself, with a vacuum suction unit integrated to the gripper head.  Except infeed and outfeed conveyors integration, Konek Technology will also integrate all devices to the robotic cell, such as identification systems, labelling devices, pallet dispenser.

3. Cartesian Palletizer

Cartesian series, small and compact palletizer equipment. Ideal for low and medium production with great variety of product. System of 4 axes with CNC cartesian movement to ensure harmonious and smooth movements, reducing wear on moving parts.  The installation can be completed with the automatic movement of pallets, which consists of a pallet warehouse, a conveyor for moving empty pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing area and a conveyor system for full pallets. It is distinguished for its particular strength, versatility and user-friendliness.

The vertical telescopic arm allows the use of various types of gripping modules. Furthermore, it allows the packages also to be positioned inside very tall containers, such as carton-boxes, pallet-boxes and octabins, with classic or suction gripper. The classic “cartesian” structure is modular and can be extended, according to requirements, to create palletizing lines with several stations with various pick-up points served. The electronics used allow any type of layer to be made. The user-friendly management software also enables less expert operators to quickly change the work program and even modify the palletization layout to adapt it to various needs.

The cartesian robot has been designed for the movimentation for medium/high productions and to work efficiently in limited spaces. The movimentation on the X, Y, Z and C axes with an interpolation system between the 4 axes reduces the route. The combination between the high reliability and speed of the brushless motors and the strong steel structure, allows the fast processing of loads up to 50 kilos per cycle together with a high precision of the movement. The automatic loading of empty pallets and their removal at the end of the cycle make your work easy, reduce users’ interventions and increase productivity.
