The inside of 5 gallon PC bottles be subjected to respectively pre washing, detergant washing, rinsing, disinfection and final rinsing with washing machine. 5 stage internal washing flow: (1st dripping + pre-rinsing stage; 2nd high pressure detergent rinsing stage; 3rd water rinsing stage; 4th direct disinfectant rinsing stage; 5th final rinsing stage) Automatic mechanical arms feed & unload bottles in 180° turning direction.

• In deterjent stage one or two stations ensure washing inside of bottle with high pressure washing system..
• Adopt automatic detector control, no bottle no action.
• Adopt automatic detergent liquid heating system (65 °C), automatic detergent concentration detect and dosing system.
• Adopt automatic disinfectant concentration detect and dosing system.
• 3 types of rinsing combination designs are available for bottle bottom, body and neck place washing to make sure bottles are 100% clean inside.

• Each station washing time 15 seconds.
• Final rinsing water transfer pre washing station and then transfer from pre washing station to external washing machine. So water saving will be provided.
• Washing water on bottle bottle will be remove by the air nozzle.

The 5 gallon bottle’ s outside body brushed and washed with high pressure water in external washing machine. The external washing water which using in the external washing machine provided from the internal washing machine of final rinsing station.

• High quality nylon brushes very fit to bottle shape. The body, neck, and bottom of the bottle external surface can be thoroughly cleaned.
