Pet Bottle Washing Machine

Bottle rinsers are designed to clean the inside of one-way bottles and plastic bottles by rinsing them before they enter the filler. Our bottle rinsers can use water, air (called bottle air blowers), or the same product as that being filled. Drinking water, a cleaning solution or disinfectant, steam or inert gas can be used for rinsing. Different models of rinsers can apply double treatment, as in the case of wine or cider bottle filling when a first treatment involves injecting a solution of SO2, and then a second rinse with filtered water. Thanks to uniquely designed water distribution plate, individual containers can be disinfected via multiple cleaning mediums throughout the cleaning cycle.

This serie rinser is designed to offer high degree of stability and flexibility to your production floor. It can work separately, but most times it is integrated with the filling and capping machine.

Specially designed bottle holders provided to hold bottles with varying neck diameter. This kind of machine, the bottle-gripping pads are of the quick replacement type. The machines can be manufactured both adjustable in height with a traditional chain conveyor for glass bottles, and fixed in height with inlet and outlet air conveyor for PET bottles. In this case it does not exist the possibility of size change for different PET bottles having the same neck.

Individual container will be rotated 180 degrees for both internal and external cleaning via different cleaning mediums. Rinser water droplets in the container will be dropped dray before containers leaving the rinser for filling.
