Vertical Conveyor
Vertical conveyors provide a link between conveyors on different levels of a building. At this stage itself, it is possible to undertake pre-sorting in multiple lines and at multiple levels. A photocell registers that a unit is approaching the lift where the unit is picked up when a shelf is ready to receive. The basic operating procedure is that as a product arrives at the in-feed position a signal is generated to tell the elevator/lowerator it is waiting. Its consistently modular design ensures standardised components and consequently a high degree of reliability and cost-effectiveness.
The vertical conveyor is designed for vertical transport of cartons, pails, plastic trays, etc. They can be equipped with different types of conveyors, as well as telescopic fork units, and can be used in many different applications.
