Wrap Around Labelling Machine

Wrap around labeler is economical, self contained and easy to operate. It is available with one or two labeling heads for single or front and back containers. Labelling systems are fully automatic labelling machines with an integrated conveyor system; they are self-sufficient small labelling lines providing for conveying, handling and labelling. This machine can run independently or be integrated into an automated packaging line. Wrap around Labeller is built to automatically apply pressure sensitive labels onto round containers. By removing the side counterroller device, it’s also possible the application of labels on flat products.

The innovative modular design of the Konek Technology linear labelling technology permits all kinds of different configurations of labelling systems based on a wide range of standard modules. The modular design allows fitting, on the main machine body, labelling machines of different width and speed, as well as a wide range of ancillary devices that complete the main functions providing complete wrap-around labelling, labelling on tapered products, tamper-evident labelling. These automatic labeling machines are designed for all sectors of activity: cosmetics (cream, body oil, soap, etc.), food processing (jam jars, honey jars, oil bottles, vinegar bottles, sauce, etc.), chemicals (detergent cans, solvent bottles, etc.).

The loading and unloading of the products on the conveyor belt can be done manually, through infeed rotary table or directly from the existing production line.
